At an extraordinary general meeting of the Creditors of the above-named company duly convened and held at Unit A1, Boucher Business Studios, Glenmachan Place, Belfast BT12 6QH on Thursday 20 December 2018 the following Special Resolution was duly passed.

That the company should be wound up on the grounds that it is unable to pay its debts and that James B Kennedy of James B Kennedy & Co Unit A1, Boucher Business Studios, Glenmachan Place, Belfast BT12 6QH be appointed liquidator of the company.
