Notice is hereby given that on 26th March 2018 a petition was presented to Falkirk Sheriff Court by the Directors of Macloch Construction Limited craving the Court inter alia to order that Macloch Construction Limited having their Registered Office at Unit 1 Clyde Street, Grangemouth, Falkirk, Stirlingshire, FK3 8EU be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; and that, in the meantime, Kenneth W Pattullo and Kenneth Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, Begbies Traynor, Chartered Accountants, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP be appointed Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company; in which Petition Sheriff Mundy of Tayside, Central and Fife at Falkirk, by Interlocutor dated 26th March 2018 appointed the said Kenneth W Pattullo and Kenneth Craig, as Joint Provisional Liquidators with the Powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
