ADVERTISEMENT OF FIRST DELIVERANCE:

MACLARTY PROPERTIES LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that on 6 February 2020 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Perth by Gordon Archibald Maclarty craving the Court for an order that Maclarty Properties Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC196929 and having its registered office at The Stables, Galvelmore Street, Crieff, PH7 4BY be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986, and by first deliverance dated that day the Sheriff appointed a copy of the Petition and the first deliverance to be intimated on the walls of the Sheriff Court at Perth and appointed notice of the import of the Petition and the deliverance to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and the Metro newspaper and ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Perth within eight days after advertisement; and in the meantime appointed Scott Milne, 3rd floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB to be provisional liquidator of the said company with authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986: of all of which notice is hereby given.
