NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the directors of the company are convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 20 December 2021 at 3.45pm, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

Creditors can access the virtual meeting as follows: Please contact Curtis Roberts of MB Insolvency on the below contact details at least one business day prior to the virtual meeting which will be held via Zoom.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to MB Insolvency, 11 Roman Way, Berry Hill, Droitwich, WR9 9AJ by 20 December 2021. Proofs must be received by 4pm on the business day before the virtual meeting. Creditors wishing to vote at the virtual meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxy form with the Liquidator before they may be used at the meeting.

NOTE: the meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the meeting).
