No 1. as a Special Resolution and No 2. as an Ordinary Resolution of the Company.

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Annette Menzies, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Ltd, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU be appointed Liquidator of the Company".
