"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Duncan Raggett (IP No. 22796) of Anderson, Anderson & Brown LLP, 1 Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."
