Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed by the Members on 25 October 2017 as a Special Resolution and a Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Philippa Smith and Kate Elizabeth Breese be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.

At a physical meeting any Creditors held on 25 October 2017, the following decision was made."

Raymond Stuart Claughton (IP 119) of Rushtons Insolvency Limited, 3 Merchant's Quay, Ashley Lane, Shipley, West Yorkshire, BD17 7DB, having provided a written statement that he is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that the consents so to act, was appointed Liquidator of the Company by the Creditors on 25 October 2017."
