A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Macgill of Kensington LLP (OC346114) of c/o Begbies, 9 Bonhill Street, London, EC2A 4DJ (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is development of building projects, presented on 8 October 2020 at 10.00 am by Quercus Capital Rentals Limited of Quercus House, Orchard Industrial Estate, Toddington, Cheltenham, GL54 5EB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 9 December 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
