Notice is hereby given that on 2 October 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Mark Iain Capon craving the Court that MacFarlane (Helensburgh) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at c/o D M McNaught & Co Limited (“the company”) be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Derek Forsyth, Campbell Dallas, Titantium 1, Kings Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8BS be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 2nd October 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement all of which Notice is hereby given.
