NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 14.28 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Liquidators of the above LLP intend to declare a first and final dividend to creditors herein within a period of two months from the last date of proving.

The last day for receiving proofs is set as Monday 17 June 2019.

Creditors who do not submit details of their claim, or submit details of their claim after Monday 17th June 2019 will be excluded from any dividend payment.

The dividend may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.

It is anticipated that all known creditors will be paid in full.

If any creditor claim is rejected for any reason, the Joint Liquidators will, within 14 days after the last date set for receiving proofs, provide that creditor with a written statement detailing the reasons for rejecting the claim.
