At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Wenta Centre, 1 Electric Avenue, Enfield, EN3 7XU on 3 October 2017, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rishi Karia (IP No. 15890) of Platinum Restructuring Services Limited, 1st Floor Venture House, 6 Silver Court, Watchmead, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL7 1TS be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding up.”

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 3 October 2017 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Rishi Karia as Liquidator.
