Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at Mercure Tunbridge Wells Hotel, 8 Tonbridge Road, Pembury, Tunbridge Wells, TN2 4QL on 24 January 2017 at 12.00 noon for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. The resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which Liquidator is to be remunerated. The meeting may also receive information about, or may be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged no later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the meeting at the offices of Haslers Insolvency, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4PL., A list of names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, between 10.00 am and 4.00pm at the offices of Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton IG10 4PL during the two business days preceding the above meeting.
