A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 49 Yardley Drive, Northampton, NN2 8PE presented on 18 July 2017 by MBD ARCHITECTURE LTD, of 74 Newcastle Road, Stone, Staffordshire, ST15 8LB, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard in the Leeds District Registry at Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 12 September 2017, at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
