"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tauseef A Rashid (IP No. 9718) of Quantuma LLP, 14 Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7AA and Richard Wragg (IP No. 23130) of Quantuma LLP, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
