A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 389 Harrow Road, London, W9 3NA, presented on 23 August 2018 by OMIRA GMBH, at Jahnstrabe 10 88214 Ravensburg, Germany (A Company incorporated under the laws of Germany), claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Birmingham Priory Courts, at 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS, on Friday 2 November 2018, at 10:00 am hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
