A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at P O Box 3140, Reading RG1 9FU presented on the 20th May 2019 by TITAN CONTAINERS LIMITED whose Registered Office is at Europa Trading Centre, London Road, Grays, Essex RM20 4DB claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 9th day of July 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours 8th July 2019
