“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth Wyn Roberts (IP No. 8826) and Paul Ellison (IP No. 7254) both of KRE Corporate Recovery Limited, Unit 8, The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company”
