At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 7 June 2022 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily."

"That Neil Henry of Lines Henry Ltd, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 1EZ, be hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up and that the Liquidator is licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association in the United Kingdom."

At a virtual meeting held by creditors on 7 June 2022, the appointment of Neil Henry as Liquidator was confirmed by the creditors.
