"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sean Bucknall (IP No. 18030) and Elias Paourou (IP No. 9096) both of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, BN1 4EA are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
