At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Rendle & Co, No 9 Hockley Court, Hockley Heath, Solihull B94 6NW on 6 March 2017 at 10 am, the following subjoined Special and Ordinary Resolution was duly passed:-

THAT the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the Company and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Paul Rendle of Rendle & Co, No 9 Hockley Court, Hockley Heath, Solihull, B94 6NW be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.
