“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian William Kings, of KRE (North East) Limited, The Axis Building, Maingate, Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead, NE11 0NQ, (IP No. 7232) be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
