A Petition to wind up the above-named Company M Dark Limited (registered number 05413881) whose registered office is at Rose Cottage, Chapel Lane, Pwllmeyric, Monmouthshire, NP16 6JU presented on 28 November 2015 by FEDERAL CAPITAL LIMITED, 14a Old Marsh Farm Barns, Welsh Road, Sealand, Flintshire, CH5 2LY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Manchester District Registry, Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on 25 January 2016 at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
