A Petition to wind up the above-named company of M and J Menswear Limited (10697415) of E A S S Box 3 Oldmoor Road, Bredbury, Stockport SK6 2QE, whose nature of business is retail sale of clothing in specified stores, presented on Friday 29 November 2019, at 10:00 by ORIGINAL BRANDS LIMITED, of Alex House, 260-268 Chapel Street, Salford M3 5JZ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business & Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 03 February 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
