A Petition to wind up the above-named company of M & T MEATS LIMITED (10461032) of 8 The Chilterns, Canvey Island, Essex SS8 9SH England (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Retail sale of meat and meat products in specialised stores, was presented on 15 April 2019, by Kevan Bush and Susan Bush, both of 80 Hudson Road, Leigh on Sea, Essex SS9 5NX, England and Sarah Louise Eves of 78 Oakley Avenue, Rayleigh, Essex SS6 9TE, England, claiming to be Creditors of the Company, will be heard at the Southend Court, Tylers House, Tylers Avenue, Southend on Sea, Essex SS1 2AW, England on 6 August 2019 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
