A petition to wind-up the above-named Company of Ebenezer House Ryecroft, Newcastle Under Lyme, Newcastle, Staffordshire, ST5 2BE, presented on 22nd December 2016 by A H ALLEN STEELSTOCK LIMITED of Barrett House, Cutler Heights Lane, Bradford, BD4 9HU, (the Petitioner) claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Liverpool District Registry, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX on 3rd April 2017 at 10:00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
