A final meeting of creditors of the above named company has been summoned by the liquidator under Article 124 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purpose of:

1. That the liquidator’s receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the liquidator be granted their release.

The meeting will be held on 30 April 2021 at 10.00am at 10th Floor, Victoria House,15/27 Gloucester Street, Belfast, BT1 4LS

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must complete and lodge with the Liquidator, a Form of Proxy by 12 noon on 29 April 2021 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one.
