Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 14 October 2019, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily”, and

“That A J Whelan and R A Segal of WSM Marks Bloom LLP, Unit 2 Spinnaker Court 1C Becketts Place Hampton Wick Kingston upon Thames KT1 4EQ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”

At a physical meeting of creditors held later the same day, the creditors made the following decision:

“That A J Whelan of WSM Marks Bloom LLP, Unit 2 Spinnaker Court 1C Becketts Place Hampton Wick Kingston upon Thames KT1 4EQ and A J Clark of Carter Clark, Recovery House 15-17 Roebuck Road Hainault Business Park Hainault Ilford Essex IG6 3TU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up”
