At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 37 Runkelsstrasse, Triesen, Principality of Liechtenstein, FL 9495 on 26 July 2016, at 11.15 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Miles Needham,(IP No. 14372) of FRP Advisory LLP, 2nd Floor Trident House, 42-48 Victoria Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3HZ and Sarah Cook,(IP No. 18750) of FRP Advisory LLP, 2nd Floor Trident House, 42-48 Victoria Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3HZ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
