"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joint Liquidators be appointed for the purposes of such winding up and that Nick Edwards (IP No. 9005) and Graham Bushby (IP No. 8736) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, The Pinnacle, 170 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1BP be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis."
