“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Craig and Kenneth Pattullo, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Second Floor, Excel House, Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL, (IP Nos. 008584 and 008368) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the winding up.”
