At a general meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Centre Block, 4th Floor, Central Court, Knoll Rise, Orpington, BR6 0JA on 10 March 2022 at 3.00 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nedim Ailyan (IP No. 9072) and Ben Stanyon (IP No. 25710) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Centre Block, 4th Floor, Central Court, Knoll Rise, Orpington, BR6 0JA be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
