A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 4 September 2019 by MANCHESTER CITY COUNCIL of Ground Floor, 1 City Road East, Manchester, M15 4PN claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of Clarence House, 7 Hood Street, Greenock, Renfrewshire, PA15 1YH will be heard at Manchester Business & Property Court, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ at 10:00 am on Monday 28 October 2019 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
