At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Albany House, Claremont Lane, Esher, KT10 9FQ on 29 April 2020 at 2.30 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Lila Thomas (IP No. 9608) and David Acland (IP No. 8894) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
