"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Meany (IP No. 9453) and Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
