"That the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Fox (IP No. 9325) of Beacon LIP Ltd, Spaces 4500 Parkway, Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 7AZ be appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of such voluntary winding up."
