At a General Meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Cassel Works, New Road, Billingham, TS23 1LE on 11 January 2022 at 3:30pm, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Ross (IP No. 9503) and Allan Kelly (IP No. 9156) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
