We, Andrew Mackenzie (IP No. 009581) and Laura Baxter (IP No. 25350) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Unit 8B, Marina Court, Castle Street, Hull, HU1 1TJ were appointed as Joint Liquidators on 27 May 2021.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a first and final dividend to secondary preferential creditors of the Company.

It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 21 December 2021. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.

The preferential creditors of the above named Company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 21 December 2021 (“the last date for proving”) to deliver their proofs of debt to the joint liquidators, whose contact details are below.
