At the adjourned General Meeting of the members of the above named Company duly convened and held via GoToMeeting on 11 August 2021 the following special and ordinary resolutions were duly passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth Howarth (IP No. 18816) of Path Business Recovery Ltd, Flint Glass Works, 64 Jersey Street, Ancoats, Urban Village, Manchester, M4 6JW be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”

At the subsequent meeting of creditors the appointment of Gareth Howarth was not confirmed, and Lindsey J Cooper (IP No 8931) and Christopher Ratten (IP No 9338) of RSM Restructuring LLP, 9th Floor, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF were appointed as Joint Liquidators.
