"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Ramsbottom (IP No. 8990) and Ian Defty (IP No. 9245) both of CVR Global LLP, Broad Quay House, Prince Street, Bristol, BS1 4DJ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
