"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Patrick Lannagan (IP No. 009590) and Conrad Alexander Pearson (IP No. 014732) both of Mazars LLP, One St Peters Square, Manchester, M2 3DE be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
