1 “That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

2 “That Alison Burnside (office holder number GBNI085/9543) of PKF-FPM Accountants Ltd, 1-3 Arthur Street, Belfast, BT1 4GA be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”

At the subsequent virtual creditors’ meeting held on 21 March 2019, the appointment of Alison Burnside as Liquidator was confirmed.
