“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stratford Hamilton (IP No. 12212) of PCR (London) LLP, Unit 27, The Joiners Shop, Chatham Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4TZ and Mark Phillips (IP No. 9320) of PCR (London) LLP, Unit 1 First Floor, Brook Business Centre, Cowley Mill Road, Uxbridge, UB8 2FX be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
