“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Dominic Dumville (IP No. 17890) and Nicholas Nicholson (IP No. 9624) both of Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4PL be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately.”
