A Petition to wind up the above-named company of 168 Church Road, Hove, England, BN3 2DL (registered office), presented on 2 October 2018 by TWO TRIBES BREWING LTD, THE OLD CASINO, 28 FOURTH AVENUE, HOVE, ENGLAND, BN3 2PJ, will be heard by the High Court sitting at Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 21 November 2018 at 10:30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 20 November 2018.
