At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at the offices of Alex Kachani (IP No. 5780) of Crawfords Accountants LLP, Units 13 - 15, The Brewery Yard, Deva City Office Park, Trinity Way, Salford, M3 7BB on 11 February 2019 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alex Kachani (IP No. 5780) of Crawfords Accountants LLP, Units 13 - 15, The Brewery Yard, Deva City Office Park, Trinity Way, Salford, M3 7BB be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 11 February 2019 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Alex Kachani as Liquidator.
