At a Virtual General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on the 20th day of December 2019 at 12.30 pm, the following special resolutions were duly passed:-

(i) That the Company shall be voluntarily wound up.

(ii) That the Joint Liquidators be allowed to distribute in specie such assets of the Company as it may be expedient so to distribute.

Gareth Hunt (IP No 19132) and Tracy Mary Clowry (IP No 9562) of Beesley Corporate Recovery Limited were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 20 December 2019.
