A Petition to wind-up the above-named company, London Vermouth Company LLP (Company Number: OC414500) of 118 The Avenue, London, England, NW6 7NN, presented on 1 June 2022 by Mr Andrew John Wealls of 79 Sherard Court, London, N7 6FB (the Petitioner), claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Buildings, 7 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 13 July 2022 at 10:30 am or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard.
