At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at BBK Partnership, 1 Beauchamp Court, Victors Way, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN5 5TZ on 7 June 2017, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joylan Sunnassee (IP No. 10470) of BBK Partnership, 1 Beauchamp Court, Victors Way, Barnet, Hertfordshire, EN5 5TZ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
