A Petition to wind up the above-named company of London Resort Company Holdings Limited (07625574) of The Smiths Building, 179 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PL, previously of The Smiths Building, 179 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PL, whose nature of business is Development of a global destination entertainment resort, presented on Wednesday 26 October 2022, at 16:00 by KNIGHT FRANK LLP, of 55 Baker Street, London W1U 8AN claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice Business and Insolvency Courts of England and Wales Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 14 December 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
