Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 25 January 2022 as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

Special Resolution

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind it up and accordingly that the company be would up voluntarily".

Ordinary Resolution

"That Laurence Gerald Factor, CA, FCA, FABRP, (Office holder 3151) of Newman & Partners Insolvency & Recovery Services Limited, of Lynwood House, 373-375 Station Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA1 2AW, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up".
